In a soulful conversation with Amy Lynn Durham, she enlightened us on the importance of emotional and spiritual intelligence. Before the conversation, I had honestly not heard about spiritual intelligence.

How would you define emotional intelligence?

Combining spiritual and emotional intelligence helps us to realise our life purpose. Understanding the relationship between both intelligence helps us to energise and transform our lives and as a result our workplace. Once our life has been transformed, we will be able to make a difference and even do greater things everywhere we find ourself.

Remember that your life is extremely profound and also a tiny piece of the universe. You are loved, capable, enough and important.
